Do you ever wonder if you're doing enough?
Think you should work harder?
Think you should run more or lift more weights?
Think you should spend more time with family?
Think you should learn more?
Think you should cook more?
Think you should read more? (I know I do! ;)
But for real... there are so many things we could do better. So many ways we can try harder or perform harder. In reality, it doesn't actually matter how hard we work... we can always do more.
So... don't worry about it. Don't stress yourself out over things that you might or might not be able to do better.
Give yourself credit for the things you did today.
Pat yourself on the back for all the things you did accomplish instead of focusing on the things you didn't.
Don't worry.
